This brochure describes the Pennsylvania Deaf-Blind Advisory Committee (PaDBAC), which advises the Bureau of Special Education (BSE) on current issues and preferred practices related to the unique educational needs of students who are deaf-blind including those with multiple disabilities and those at risk for deaf-blindness. 

The Pennsylvania Partnership for the DeafBlind (PPDB) is an organized network of individuals with DeafBlindness, their parents and family members, friends, service providers and other interested people. This flyer provides a brief overview on the PPDB Network and information on how to get involved.

The Pennsylvania State Interagency Coordinating Council (SICC) for Early Intervention annual report includes data required by state and federal law. The annual report summarizes Early Intervention data on the number of children served in each county in Early Intervention, the settings where children receive services and supports, and the state and federal funding utilized for Early Intervention over the past fiscal year.

PANA contains a set of goals and actions that are designed to ensure positive educational outcomes, and these goals support the State Performance Plan Indicators that correspond with the areas of the National Agenda.

The Pennsylvania Positive Behavior Support Network (PaPBS) is pleased to announce the recipients of recognition for continued implementation of PBIS and participation in the PaPBS Network Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS). The PaPBS Network recognition system annually identifies and publicly distinguishes Pennsylvania’s Program Wide (PW) and School Wide (SW) sites for successful implementation of PBIS.
