Secondary Transition Compliance

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) of 2004 requires each state to create State Performance Plans (SPP) to meet accountability standards. Indicator 13 in these plans focuses on effective and compliant secondary transition practices for students with disabilities.

To help meet these requirements, PaTTAN Secondary Transition consultants developed the Indicator 13 Compliance Module Series. This training series explains the seven key areas needed for compliant secondary transition practices. Each module includes a pre-test, PowerPoint presentation, Q&A discussion, and a post-test. It's recommended to watch the Overview Module before starting the individual modules.
