Through Success for PA Early Learners (SPEL), schools and Intermediate Unit (IU) partners are participating in embedded coaching alongside Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN) Educational Consultants. This collaborative approach is providing high-quality implementation support, strengthened fidelity of practice, and leading to improved student outcomes. Learn more about this work here.

Thank you so much for offering these Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). They have been spot-on as far as the topics discussed, questions answered, etc., and I am engaged the whole time. The time flies actually! I appreciate the revisiting of coaching examples because I feel that we can never practice that too much. It's so difficult to do on the spot. I truly feel that the amount of time and effort put into coaching and support will have a positive impact on this SPDG and I'm thankful to be part of it all!
