As PBIS coaches, access to multiple data sources is almost always at our fingertips but often, still too far from reach to have an observable impact when we do not take deliberate steps to using it in meaningful ways. Fidelity tools, screeners, surveys, and ODRs all inform the implementation of a well-rounded PBIS Framework, but how do we get the biggest return on investment in the most efficient manner possible? Let’s start by employing better practices. The Team Initiated Problem Solving (TIPS) meeting format equips coaches and teams with a meeting model that is time conscientious, and data driven. This session will provide participants with the opportunity to overlay multiple data points to better inform conversations that support improved implementation of School-Wide PBIS.

Inference plays a critical role in integrating and constructing this representation at successive levels of understanding including the meaning of words, sentences and what is implied in the text. Let’s explore inference, its multiple contributions to comprehension and related instructional implications and applications.
