The Bureau of Special Education's vision is to improve the instruction for all students including those with complex instructional needs. Project MAX was created to increase the capacity of Pennsylvania schools to provide all students, including those with complex instructional needs, with maximum access to and learning of the general education curriculum and the Pennsylvania Core Standards. This session will focus on the purpose of Project MAX, program structures, and benefits of the program. The presenters will share their teams' journey implementing Project MAX.
