An estimated 20% of the population is neurodiverse, yet most early childhood classrooms are not consistently accessible to all learners. These non-academic barriers impact school success due to delays in social-emotional learning. We will explore real-life implementation of inclusive strategies with specific examples and visuals and identify how to implement them in the classroom as well as partnering with families to increase equitable and inclusive practices and thus school success.
