Session 3: Critical Thinking: Stages of the Writing Process, and Syntax and Sentence Skills

In this session participants will review the stages of the writing process (Think, Plan, Write, Revise), learn suggestions for teaching writing strategies at each stage of the writing process, learn about the role of syntactic knowledge for writing sentences, and learn instructional suggestions for teaching sentence writing and elaboration.
