2-6: Empowering Change through Coaching, Conversation, and Cultural Care | 2023 PaPBS Coaches Day

This session acknowledges and shares the challenges faced when coaching and empowering systemic change. Participants will be provided an overview of the Culturally Responsive TFI, and its utility in coaching teams and assessing practices intended to foster positive learning environments and a sense of belonging.
