The integration of academic and behavioral supports for students is essential to fostering positive and effective learning environments. This three-day conference will focus on the seamless integration of Evidence-Based Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to enhance educational outcomes across all grade levels. The forum will emphasize advanced tier implementation strategies, ensuring that supports are effectively tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Participants will engage with both local implementers and national experts on a variety of topics designed to improve student outcomes through evidence-based practices. Schools and programs demonstrating high fidelity in implementing PBIS will be recognized throughout the event.

Target Audience

PAPBS network facilitators, School and program-wide PBIS coaches, District and school-level leadership teams, Educators (including early childhood educators), Behavioral specialists (school counselors, school psychologists, special educators, social workers), Families, Reading and math specialists. 

Registration Fee

REGISTRATION FEES:
There is a Registration Fee of $105.00 for the Forum which covers registration and meals (Wed. lunch, Thurs continental breakfast and lunch, Friday continental breakfast and snack to go) regardless of whether you attend one or all three days.

Checks, money orders, or purchase orders (cash not accepted) should be made payable to Lancaster-Lebanon IU13, and mailed to: PaTTAN Business Office, 6340 Flank Drive, Harrisburg, 17112.

All registrations and payments must include the registrants full name(s) and be returned to the PaTTAN office no later than 4 pm, Friday, November 1, 2024.

If your employer is paying your fee, please verify with them that payment was sent prior to arrival. There will be no walk-in availability.

Family/Caregiver Scholarship Information

The Bureau of Special Education and PaTTAN are pleased to offer family/caregiver scholarships to Pennsylvania residents who are not employed in a professional capacity by a school entity and are family or adult caregivers. Conference sessions cover a range of topics including academic skills, behavior, mental health that can be applied to students from early childhood through graduation. ES Teachers and Paraprofessionals Scholarship Information

The Bureau of Special Education and PaTTAN are pleased to offer scholarships to Pennsylvania educators who are employed as teachers or paraprofessionals within an Emotional Support classroom. There are many sessions that can enhance your skills and we are offering networking sessions to provide the opportunity to connect with ES teachers and paraprofessionals across the state. Applications are due on or before October 10, 2024

You  may apply for a full scholarship that includes:

  1. Waived registration.
  2. Lodging for up to three nights.
  3. Reimbursement for food and mileage

 All scholarship applications must be submitted by October 10, 2024.  A letter from your administrator, supervisor, or Special Ed. Directors indicating their support of your attendance to the conference must be included.  Please contact Tina Rife, trife@pattan.net , if you have difficulty using the application link below.
